Shipping Information 📦
Business days are Monday-Friday , excluding public holidays and weekends within each country.
Total number of business days for shipment to arrive is about 11-21 business days (2-4 weeks). Depending which shipment option is selected.

Shipment Pathways:
• Item may be shipped to our warehouse in Australia then to customers. Example 1: Took 4 business days to process parcel, AusPost took 7 business days for delivery = 11 business days.
Example 2: Item on the way from South Korea 4 business days, 5 days processing in warehouse and then AusPost took another 7 days =16 business days.
• Also, item may be shipped directly from South Korea to customers especially for non-Australia deliveries.
Note: Delivery times are estimated and usually parcels arrive earlier than expected.
Note: All orders are safely delivered by a secure valid tracking system. It will be updated once we have them.
📦 Shipping Speed (Excludes Handling Time of 5-10 Business Days)
Please choose your shipping option carefully, especially if you need your order urgently or will be away during the expected delivery window. We cannot guarantee it will arrive before you travel / away. It depends on availability and the carrier services as well, which are beyond our control.
Once shipped (after processing days), delivery timelines are as follows:

Disclaimer: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays / public holidays / weekends. During these times, shipping centres are generally closed.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use the tracking number to check your delivery status. We do not promise when the tracking number will be updated, but it will usually be within the timeframe of the orders.
Multiple Shipments 🚚
- Your order may arrive in separate packages, as we source products from different suppliers and items may be located in various warehouses. Shipments may be dispatched from different locations depending on availability.
- If your order contains multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers, one for each package.
- Please don’t worry if part of your order arrives before the rest—it’s definitely on its way!
- Due to how our fulfilment process works, the items in each shipment may differ slightly from what’s displayed in your store order summary, as product availability is confirmed on the day of shipment. Rest assured, all items will be delivered based on what you originally ordered.

We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive before your travel date or during your time away — especially with Standard Shipping.

We will try our best to accommodate, but we are sorry, but it is impossible for us to know the date of arrival except on express shipping 💰.
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time, please wait an extra 2-3 business days before contacting us.
- If your package is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, check with your local post office or neighbors.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Free Shipping policy
Free shipping available to Malaysia and Australia residents only, unless when sales include other countries, please contact us for more information before purchase.

- Applies to orders weighing up to or close to 1.1kg.
- Free shipping applies only to orders within the specified weight limit. Orders exceeding this limit may be subject to additional shipping charges.
- Oversized or overweight items may incur additional shipping charges (determined by the shipping provider).
- If you are outside these regions or need further details, please contact us before purchase.
We apologise for any inconvenience due to shipping weight restrictions, but we are actively working on optimising our shipping process. Thank you for your understanding!
❌ Orders Cancellation Policy
Please note the following terms if you wish to cancel your order:
- A standard $6 processing fee applies to all cancellations after the order is confirmed but before it is shipped.
🧾 This covers administrative and handling costs associated with processing your refund. - In other words, we will issue a refund, but $6 will be deducted to account for the labour involved in managing your request.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as foods), personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Request a Return
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Shipments vary widely from country to country. Shipping costs are non-refundable. (If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- All item packaging, documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the returned items. Packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable).
- Items must be in new and unworn condition.
- Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering are, damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return.
- Any item(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
Refunds timeframe
Once again, business days are Mondays- Fridays excluding public holidays. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Import Duties & Taxes
When ordering from our store, you acknowledge and agree that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees depending on your country's regulations.

For Australian Customers:
- Orders below AUD 1,000 are generally not subject to import duties or GST.
- Orders above AUD 1,000 may incur customs duties (5%) and GST (10%), which are payable by the customer upon delivery.
- Some products, such as alcohol and tobacco, may incur additional taxes regardless of the order value.

For International Customers:
- Each country has different import rules. It is the buyer's responsibility to check their local customs regulations.
- If customs duties or VAT apply, they must be paid by the customer before receiving the order.
- We do not cover import taxes, and any refused shipments due to unpaid customs fees will not be refunded.
How to Avoid Delays
- Ensure that your shipping information is accurate.
- Respond promptly to any emails sent by us - if items are out of stock etc. Respond to customs inquiries to avoid delays in delivery.
- If you're unsure about import fees, check with your local customs office before placing an order.

To give you a better range of products and choices, our main fulfilment hub is based in South Korea. Meaning most of our items will be shipped from South Korea, directly from the source.

If you choose Economy Shipping, your orders will be shipped much quicker. For free or standard shipping - please be reminded shipping time varies from 10-21 business days.

Refunds & Returns Due to Customs Fees
We do not offer refunds or returns for orders that are refused or abandoned due to unpaid import duties or taxes.
